Mr. Xue treats the company’s development as his whole life perspective pursuit. Having been in the same field for more than 30 years, his goal is more than a number.

He experienced five failures before finally building the state-of-the-art factory in use now. With this 45,000-square-meters factory, more than 300 workers are working, and living here.

Though there is a long way to go, his goal is to lead the company to be a worldwide brand in the sporting goods field.
