Introducing the 2019 BCA Expo Retailer Rebate Program. For only $1,000, exhibitors can participate in the BCA Expo Retailer Rebate Program. The program incentivizes buyers to visit your booth by rewarding them with money back on purchases they make during the 2019 BCA Expo.

Come to the registration desk between 8 am – 5 pm on Tuesday, July 23 to pick up your BCA Retailer Rebate Order Confirmation Forms. These forms will be specific to each exhibitor.
When buyers initiate an order with you, write up the order as you normally would, then complete the Order Confirmation Form. Please be sure to complete all fields, including the signature of the person who wrote the order and the total order amount.
Bring the endorsed BCA Expo Order Form(s) to the BCA Booth before 2:00 PM on Friday, July 26, 2019.
Write your orders as you normally would, then complete the BCA Retailer Rebate Form. (See next page) We are only looking for the grand total that buyer spent with you – no order detail is required.
Make sure the person writing the order signs the “Order Written By” line. This is important for verifying the orders after the show.
ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED. Forms will not be accepted if information is missing or incomplete.
The BCA Retailer Rebate Order Forms will be in triplicate. Exhibitors (you) will keep the pink copy and give the buyer the white and yellow copy.

BCA will issue a check 60 days after the show once participating exhibitor confirms order. NO CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED ON SHOW SITE.
Be on the lookout for an email communication from the BCA to check that orders have been confirmed.
