The Billiard Congress of America is committed to hosting a successful 2021 BCA Expo in Las Vegas, July 28-30. We continue to monitor the ongoing pandemic and will follow the health recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the WHO, and other appropriate organizations in Las Vegas as they evolve. A COVID Waiver may be required with a signature upon arrival at the event.

Here are a few things to enhance your safety while in attendance:

There will be continuous sanitation throughout the course of the event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, and food and beverage areas.

BCA will provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the Expo Hall and show spaces, and will encourage all attendees to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

BCA is following a 3 foot radial distance / 6 feet of physical distance per person. One-way entrances and exits will be in place for the exhibit hall. Lounges, table rounds, and seating areas will be arranged to ensure physical distancing. Elevators and restrooms will have capacity controls.

All guests will be required to wear a face mask upon entry to the South Point Hotel, Casino & Convention Center along with any BCA Expo spaces. Masks will be available onsite if a guest does not have their own.

Billiard Congress of America will have access to a qualified first aid responder for any immediate medical needs or medically-related questions.
